COMPANY RELEASE 22 MARCH 2017, 12:00 p.m. EETThe initial public offering of Next Games has been discontinued due to oversubscriptionNOT FOR RELEASE, PUBLICATION OR DISTRIBUTION, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, IN OR INTO THE UNITED STATES, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, HONG KONG, SOUTH AFRICA, SINGAPORE OR JAPAN OR ANY OTHER JURISDICTION IN WHICH THE DISTRIBUTION OR RELEASE WOULD BE UNLAWFUL.The initial public offering (“Initial Public Offering”) of Next Games Corporation (”Next Games” or the ”Company”) has been oversubscribed, and the Company’s Board of Directors has, therefore, decided to discontinue the subscription period for the Initial Public Offering in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Initial Public Offering.The subscription period of the Initial Public Offering for private individuals and entities in Finland and personnel offering to the personnel of the Company ended in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Initial Public Offering on Monday, 20 March 2017, at 4:00 p.m. EET.
