We employ over 100 people from 24 different nationalities and want to offer all of them a comfortable working environment in a work community that is inspiring, appreciative and supports personal development.

We invest into the health of our personnel with extensive health care services and sickness insurance, that have emphasis on prevention and ease of use. We also promote well-being at work by supporting spare time hobby clubs as well as sports and culture hobbies, among other things. We also support balancing work, family and personal life with flexible working hours, remote work possibilities and sick child care services.
We strive to give our employees as extensive opportunities as possible to develop their know-how and get into work duties which they find interesting e.g. through internal job rotation. We measure the satisfaction of our employees regularly.
It is important for us to work in a environmentally conscious way. We recycle our waste and save energy by using energy saving bulbs, motion detectors and timers in lighting and in all of our electric equipment. We have abandoned plastic water bottles and aim to reduce printing and the use of paper in our office. We optimize the use of our work equipment which leads to longer life-cycles for the devices.

We listen closely to player feedback and invite them along to develop the player experience. We believe that producing quality and long-term mobile entertainment keeps players in our games.
Next Games is serious about the age appropriateness of games. We comply with content based rating categories set by our distribution channels; as we always aim to market the games to the right age audience. Our Player Support makes sure to proactively weed out bad language and behaviour from our games to create a positive and safe environment for players.
Next Games is a Fair Play Alliance member and a part of a coalition of over 140 gaming companies. Together we are committed to develop and share information to guarantee an active, safe and fair game experience to all kinds of players. In Finland, we are a member of Neogames, a member-based non-profit game industry organization, through which we support and participate in the development of Finland’s game industry.
