Next Games Corporation shares subscribed for with stock options

NEXT GAMES CORPORATION COMPANY RELEASE 3 JULY, 2017 AT 2:00 p.m. EEST

A total number of 828 Next Games Corporation shares have been subscribed for with stock options. These shares have been entered into the trade register on 3 July, 2017, as of which date the new shares will carry equal shareholder rights with the company's existing shares. Public trading is expected to begin on Nasdaq First North marketplace operated by Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd as of 4 July, 2017 together with the existing shares.

The share subscription price was EUR 2.66 per each four shares. The entire subscription price of EUR 550.62 will be recorded in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity, and the company's share capital remains unchanged. The shares have no nominal value.

After the subscriptions, the number of Next Games Corporation's shares will rise to 18,178,898 shares.
