Next Games Corp Company Release 27 March, 2018 at 10.00 EEST

A total number of 40 688 Next Games Corporation shares have been subscribed for with stock options. These shares have been registered into the trade register on 27 March 2018, as of which date the new shares will carry equal shareholder rights with the company's existing shares. Public trading is expected to begin on Nasdaq First North marketplace operated by Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd as of 28 March 2018 together with the existing shares.

The share subscription price was EUR 0.01, EUR 1.97, EUR 2.66 or EUR 5.10 per each four shares. The entire subscription price of EUR 19 083.90 will be recorded in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity, and the company's share capital remains unchanged. The shares have no nominal value.

After the subscriptions, the number of Next Games Corporation's shares will rise to 18 259 470 shares.

The option schemes are based on the Equity Plans of 2014 and 2015. The terms and conditions of the Equity Plans with additional information are available on Next Games website at www.nextgames.com
